M.A., LMFT
I believe in the power of connection, understanding, and our capacity for growth and change. While life’s challenges can feel daunting, you don’t have to navigate them alone. My practice offers a warm, supportive environment where we can work together to help you gain clarity, restore balance, and create a more fulfilling life.
About Me
Welcome to My Practice!
I am a dedicated therapist with a passion for understanding human behavior, bringing over 20 years of experience in education and psychology to my work. Throughout my career, I have focused on helping adolescents, young adults, women, and couples navigate life’s unique challenges.
My journey from Buenos Aires to Los Angeles at the age of 15 has profoundly shaped my identity and deepened my appreciation for the diverse perspectives within our community. I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and a Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology, with a concentration in Marriage and Family Therapy from Pepperdine University.
In addition to my clinical training, my experience as a teacher, preschool director, and school administrator has strengthened my understanding of human development and reinforced my commitment to supporting others through life’s transitions and challenges.
I offer therapy in both English and Spanish, ensuring that language is never a barrier to healing and connection.
Together, we can explore your challenges, build on your strengths, and work toward meaningful growth, healing, and lasting transformation.

Services
What you can expect...
My approach is rooted in psychodynamic therapy, which focuses on understanding how past experiences shape the way we think, feel, and relate to others today. Together, we’ll explore the messages and beliefs formed throughout your upbringing and how they may continue to influence your self-perception, relationships, and daily life. Through this process, you can begin to release limiting labels and patterns, reconnect with your authentic self, and create space for healing, growth, and healthier relationships.
I also incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) techniques to help identify unhelpful thought patterns and create meaningful behavioral change. By offering practical tools and strategies you can apply in everyday life, therapy becomes not only a space for insight and reflection, but also for building healthier coping skills, improving communication, and developing lasting habits that support your well-being.
